Hello my friends! How have you been? ;)
Sometimes in life, when we get busier or when we face some difficulties, we tend to forget how to be happy. And, there are plenty of mean people in this world that like to judge us without knowing who we really are. If they don't know you personally, don't take it personally. It will be too tiring to please all the people which of course you can't. I think it is completely okay to ignore all the poisonous people in my life because they are the people that will bring me down. I think I'll be happier by focusing on all the positive individuals that give me strength. Ignore people who think they know more about you than you do. There are people who could hear you speak a thousand words, and still not understand you. And there are others who would understand without you speaking a word.

It is very important to surround yourself with the right people, as they can shape your character and your perspectives. Keep a positive mind, say positive things and think positive thoughts. It's amazing how this can make a difference in your perspective. Say positive things to encourage, motivate and inspire others but not to harm or damage. What goes around comes around, your negativity towards others brings you down too. You can always remove yourself from things that are bothering you instead of getting trapped in a state of depression and frustration. Remember to respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you or makes you happy.
My way of keeping myself positive is that I always remind myself to try to do better and to think I'm really getting there so that I won't give up on myself easily. I think it's very important to spend some time with yourself doing the things you like because you can just be yourself when you're alone and no one is going to judge you. Sometimes being alone, you can remove yourself from unnecessary things. And, it's absolutely okay to say no because you're the only one who can identify your priorities in life.
No matter how busy you are, at the end of the day, just take a moment to look outside of your own world, and you'll find that sometimes your problems are not as serious as you thought they were. There will always be a way to solve your problem, although it may takes a longer time.
