Excuse the radio silence for the past 6 days here on the blog. I've been away from home for my granpda's funeral that has demanded much of my attention and emotion for the past few days. Alright, so back to the main topic. On the 6th day of our Korea trip, we went to Gyeongbokgung Palace, which is one of the main tourist attractions in Seoul although there are 4 palaces in Seoul. We were drawn to this palace and we chose to go to this palace as it is one of the most iconic sights in Seoul.

There are free palace tours in different languages and they will be conducted at different time. Upon your arrival at the palace, you will see a tour guide in blue standing beside this board. The tour takes about 1 hour and they provide very good explanation about the palace.

Overall, I think Gyeongbokgung Palace is well worth a visit and it should be placed in your Seoul itinerary! :)
